Abusing of 999 call affect the police and us by wasting the cops time and raising the chance of us dieing in a acceident. We should think before calling 999 if we don't we might D-I-E. The punishment for the abuse of 999 is not enough they should be punished for atleast 5years of jail and at least 5000$Us for the lightest abuse.
